I try not to let my kids watch TV too often. When they do get to watch a movie or show they don't have much of an attention span for it anyway. With that said, this is what happens to my kids if I let them watch Elmo.
The creators of Elmo must have really done their research. I don't know what it is about that little red monster but my kids just LOVE him and they will both watch him longer than anything. Does anyone want to try explain the Elmo phenomenon to me? Maybe it's just my kids.

i should see what elyse thinks of elmo. shes obsessed with veggie tales, but only the beginning credits, LOL. after that she leaves to play :)
Julia is the same. I think it's the voice and the way he words things, it's just so different from mom and dad's voice. Be grateful that's all they can't take their eyes off. Julia is constantly begging to watch things and I have a time limit every day that once she meets she gets no more. She doesn't understand that though so it gets annoying to say the least :).
That is so cute. My kids dont sit and watch tv either. There are only a few movies that will hold there attention, and I adore those movies for the precious time it gives me to acomplish something.
