Three weeks after the wedding Jared and I flew out to Idaho for the receptions. That trip was crazy but very fun.
We arrived in Boise at midnight on Friday, April 11th. Then we drove home to Nampa. Going to bed was out the question. The whole family was back at home together. So we were up until 1:30-2:00am talking and enjoying being together. Later that morning we woke up around 8:00am and packed the car for the drive to Washington for the reception in Ben's hometown(near Yakima). The family left Nampa around 11:00am and arrived in Washington at 4:30pm. We arrived just in time to set up the reception. After the reception was set up the guest arrived. That first reception went from 7-9. By 11:00pm we had everything cleaned up. The family got back in the van and we drove all night back to Idaho. We arrived home on Saturday morning at 5:00am. Everyone went to bed and slept until about 10:00am. Setting up at the church for the second reception started at noon and went until 5:00pm. Then I went home got ready and arrived back at the church just in time to get in line before the reception started. After that reception ended we were at the church until midnight cleaning up . Jared and I didn't get to bed until 1:30 on Sunday morning. We slept until 8:00am then got up and packed our bags. We had to be at the airport at 10:00am. We got to the airport as soon we were back to Arizona. We got home around 3:00pm.
Now that is what I call a full vacation! I got sick on Sunday night...I am guessing from all the traveling, unhealthy food and no sleep in the last three days. I had to call in sick to work Monday to have time to recuperate but the trip was well worth all of that. It was so great so see every one! I can't complain about that! Now we have a good two months with no travel plans. Our next big adventure will be in June. We are going to run in the Sawtooth Relay in Idaho with my family.
Until next time...we love you all and hope everyone is doing well.

Wow...chesterfield cigarettes, huh? That's interesting. Who are you guys making friends with??? Sounds like you guys have crazy lives. I wonder how you are able to do all of it and not die. :) I don't do anything all day long and I can barely make it through the day. You're my idol Marcie!
