It's Been a LONG Time...

I have totally been slacking on the blogging lately. Partly because we don't really have a good camera right now and partly because I have just been lazy. So here is an update about Austin family happenings.

Cameron is growing like crazy and will be 2 on May 27th! He is talking more and more all the time. He says 30+ words now. He is so sweet to everyone, he always shares, loves books and cars, and my favorite thing about Cameron is that he still loves to cuddle with mommy. :) Here is a recent picture of him taken at nursery.

Ethan is 3 years, 4 months old. I started round THREE of potty training this week and he is doing so good!!!! Today we hit a HUGE milestone when he stopped playing and came and told me he had to go potty. Then he went...TWICE! It has been so long in coming that I feel like I am witnessing a miracle. Seriously! I think I am going to have a potty trained boy very soon! YAY!!!!!!!

We have a had a big change in our home recently. My sister-in-law, Jessica, and her daughter, Austyn, moved in with us in January. I take Austyn to school every day, which has changed my day to day routine a bit but it has been a good change. It has been so fun having a 6 year-old GIRL and an awesome SISTER in the house. GIRL POWER!!!  Finally, I am no longer outnumbered! I have LOVED having my niece and my sister-in-law in our home. They are wonderful!!

Jared continues to work at the high school and loves it. He has been commissioned to paint a few big murals around the school and is very busy with those projects.  He was also coaching soccer through the end of February. He also spent a TON of time planning and organizing our ward Valentine couples dance and dinner in February. It was a lot of work and Jared did a great job! Here are some pictures of the night.... (Jessica did the desserts and I did the center pieces and food prep...everything else was coordinated by Jared.)
